Your small action can save someone’s life
1 in every 10 people in India dies due to delayed ambulances
At SDF, we believe that everyone has a role to play in improving healthcare and saving lives. By working together and taking small yet meaningful actions, we can create a healthier and more compassionate society for all.
It’s a fact that 1 in every 10 patients lose their life on the way to the hospital due to traffic. It’s not like people are not willing to help. Despite their willingness, most people don’t know how to give an ambulance a way. They often end up being confused in the traffic, further delaying it. However, one simple step is enough to help save a life.
Whenever an ambulance is behind, moving towards the left side of the road to clear the right lane for the ambulance is the ideal way of helping save a life.
Be a part of the initiative, and take small steps for the larger good.

Towards a healthier menstrual life…
An initiative against the 5th biggest killer of women in the world
While women are leading homes, corporations and countries, it’s no surprise that lack of access to menstrual hygiene is the 5th biggest killer of women in the world. Menstruation is a natural process that occurs in the female reproductive system every month. Despite being a natural phenomenon, menstruation is still considered a taboo in many parts of the world, leading to a lack of education and awareness about it.
To break the taboo around menstruation and educate people, we launched a campaign called “Menstrual Hygiene Campaign”. The main goal of this campaign is to promote awareness and education about menstruation, break down the myths and stigmas associated with it, and provide women and girls with the necessary resources to manage their periods safely and hygienically.
This campaign had 10k+ attendees from all over the country. Through this campaign, SDF in association with RCM aimed to create a society where menstruation is normalised.
